The “Gods” Of Creation

The Book of Genesis in the standard King James translation of the Bible opens with the line: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”

The translation is in error right from the start. It seems that the original Hebrew word used for “God” was Elohim, a reference to “gods.” This is because the ancient Hebrew culture was polytheistic. That means the Hebrews worshipped more than one god.

Since angelic inspired Christianity attempts to proclaim a single god (although in a trilogy of father, son and Holy Ghost), the translations from Hebrew to Latin and then eventually to English got altered over the years to promote the concept of one god that created everything.

The creator of the universe that we perceive may, indeed, be interpreted in singular form. There is a sense among esoteric thinkers that the universe is a living entity which explains the abundance of life throughout its creation. Thus all of creation, including we humans, are but living cells within the creator. The Christian concept of a grandfather god with a long flowing white beard that reached out and ordered the creation of the stars, sun and the earth, then put life on the earth, is perhaps designed for an understanding by children.

It is interesting to note that the name Elohim appears at least 30 times in the first chapter of the Book of Genesis, and no less than 2,570 times in the old Hebrew text.

Notice too, that the white bearded god in the Genesis story appears to be talking to himself in some of the key events.

During the creation of Adam the Elohim said “let us make man in our own image.” In Chapter 3, after Adam had eaten the forbidden fruit of the tree of knowledge, god said: “Behold, the man has become like one of us, to know good and evil.” After the flood, when the Tower of Babel was being built, god (now identified in Hebrew text as Yahveh) said “come, let us go down . . . “

Yahveh, which occurs about 6,000 times in the Hebrew text, is considered the proper name for god. Thus is seems peculiar that the original writer of the story would use “Yahveh” in a sentence that includes the comment “let us go down.”

There is a reason for all of this plurality in these ancient writings.

The historian Renan (Histoire du people d’Israel) notes that the Semites believed that the world is surrounded and governed by the Elohim. And to them, the Elohim were ancient living beings, somewhat like spirits, that somehow had a hand in the destiny of mankind.

How would the Semites come up with such a notion?

If we were literally made from the DNA implants of an alien race of visitors, who used the bodies of advanced primates successfully adapted to the Earth’s gravity, environment and atmosphere, the first members of the human race would have a vivid memory of their creators. The story would be interpreted as gods that came out of the sky, made men in their own image, and eventually returned into the air.

Subsequent visits by the aliens . . . to make sure everything is going well for the new race of humans . . . would serve to reinforce the stories.

Thus the Luciferians . . . as Aaron C. Donahue likes to refer to this alien race of visitors . . . are none other than the Elohim as recorded by the ancient Hebrew.

The Many Names Of God

The writers of the ancient Hebrew text that became the Tanakh, or Hebrew Bible, worshipped multiple gods and had a variety of names for them. This was common among early civilizations.

What is unique about the Tanakh is that as the writings were absorbed into the canon that eventually became the Old Testament of the Christian Bible, the various Hebrew names of god were altered so they implied reference to a single, all-powerful creator god. Yet various Hebrew names can still be found in the King James Bible if you hunt for them.

There is an argument that the original names may have been a reference to different gods, not all of them pointing to a singular or monotheistic belief system. At the time the text was written, the Hebrews were polytheistic. And contrary to popular Christian belief, a man named Moses did not write the five books of the Taroh. There is serious doubt if Moses even existed.

Hebrew scholars tell us that each name was a different way of referring to god, but they all mean the same thing. For example, they claim Elohim, the so-called creator of the world and living creatures on it simply means “The Creator.” Yet old Hebrew text belies this claim. That word, Elohim, is a reference to many gods, not just one god.

The old text primarily uses the word El to mean God. Elohim is explained as a plural form of the word Eloah, or a peculiar derivative of El. A thorough study of that single name suggests that it implies to God Almighty, or a subject of dread.

Other Hebrew names for God: El Elyon, or “The God Most High;” El Roi, “God Who Sees;” El Shaddai, “The All-Sufficient One;” Adonai, “Lord, Master;” Yahweh, “Lord;” and El Olam, “The Everlasting God.” There are numerous other derivatives of the root words El and Jehovah.

It is interesting to note that a Jewish Rabbi named Yehuda Berg recently published a book in which he declares there exist 72 names of God. That this book should be written and published after Aaron C. Donahue evoked the 72 Goetia Spirits and discovered that they each carry a tone that comprises a portion of the real name of Lucifer, the creator of the human race, is significant.

It is obvious that this angelic-inspired Jew has used his title to create a diversion, a sham, to confuse a lot of people when the time is ripe to make the real name of Lucifer known to the world.

Berg maintains that he has knowledge of 72 three-letter combinations of ancient sacred letters that become “energy fields,” or visual mantras that can be activated spiritually rather than vocally.

He says that all one need do is look at the letters and receive enormous spiritual power.

I don’t see that the Berg book has become a best seller. In fact, by the time the song of the Goetia is revealed, most people will probably have forgotten the Berg claim. It will be best for the world if it is.

That the ancient civilizations worshipped a variety of “gods” supports the story of human origins from alien intervention. As the alien race that we refer to as the Luciferians lived among us, manipulated the DNA of Earth primates, and may have gone so far as to teach us basic skills of social living, the common myth of gods from the stars was born.

That myth is found in the Greek and Egyptian stories as well as ancient Mesopotamian manuscripts. In the Americas, the stories of the Taiowa that came among the Hopi in the Southwest, and the many gods of the Aztecs, including Quetzcoatl, also point to ancient visitors from space.

Rather than look to a single god, or creator, the early humans remembered many alien visitors who came among them, guided them, and then went off into the stars.

“In The Beginning . . .”

The first three words in the Book of Genesis, “In the beginning . . .” point to two important facts about our world. There was a point of origin, and time exists in our dark third dimensional universe.

These are things taken for granted by most of us. The significance of both truths . . . if we can accept them as truths . . . is that they set us apart from all other known life forms when examined on a spiritual realm.

Those humans that succeed in leaving their bodies and visiting the astral are aware of another existence of life going on all around us. It is sometimes known as a spirit world, although they may not be spirits that exited human bodies following death.

There is no sound in the astral so communication must be made via telepathic thought. The information received by the entities found there reveals that there seems to be little, if any awareness of time. This is why clairvoyants that communicate with these beings often make accurate predictions of future events. They exist in the future as well as the past at the same time. Because they have no understanding of time the way we perceive it, it is difficult for the clairvoyant to determine exactly when a future event will occur.

Thus it seems that time was created just for the human mind so that we can achieve a sense of direction and purpose during the period of existence we are granted on this planet.

Early primates watched moon cycles and tides to set their daily, monthly and yearly course. They watched the stars to determine the seasons. This was important information for migration and hunting purposes. It became even more important once we began the process of farming.

The first great civilizations began inventing methods of measuring time with more accuracy. The Mayans devised an intricate calendar system in the Americas. The Greeks were credited with inventing the world’s first sun dial. In Alexandria, the world’s first known water clock was known to have been invented. The Romans not only improved upon the water clock, they designed a prelude to the modern 12-month calendar.

Since mechanical time pieces were invented in Europe in the Sixteenth Century, and the industrial age came into existence, humans have dramatically altered the way they live. We have foolishly devised a mind-enslaving system of time control. In many towns, factory and town whistles still blow in both morning and evening to let workers know when to begin and end their daily tasks. Computers and other electronic devices now demand such precision that they mandate accuracy by the second. All that we do, even our leisure, is dictated by the clock.

Clocks tell us when to show up for our jobs, when to take a lunch break, and when we can return home again. They tell us when our children attend school, or show up for music lessons and soccer games. The clock governs our behavior in subtle ways. For example, we make sure we are home at certain times to watch favorite television shows. Even though I am retired, and rarely look at the clock anymore, I never seem to miss turning on the television news every night at a certain hour.

All of our rushing around, showing up on time for so many events, and constant watching of the clock, has created a personal hell for those of us in the so-called “civilized world.” If we want to put the importance of what we are doing into perspective, we should perhaps visit third world countries, or spend time in war-torn Iraq, where people are struggling for hourly survival. Clocks are not important here.

Also think of the inevitable completion of our granted time on Earth. Every human awaits an appointment with death. And since the Earth and our solar system apparently had a beginning, this means it also will have an end.

Thus our planet, part of a living, breathing and ever-changing universe, has a life span. It, like us, is destined to live out its life cycle and then die. And it is possible for humans, who now infest the planet like a cancer, to kill it long before its time.

The Creation

“In the beginning God(s) created the heaven and the earth . . .”

Science is in general agreement that our solar system may be billions of years old. Most accept a “Big Bang” theory of creation . . . that is that the formation of everything began from an intense concentration of gasses that exploded into the amazingly organized and controlled galaxy of stars, planets and moons in existence.

Religious groups, or Creationists, say it could not have happened like this because explosions generate chaos. They argue that the order of all creation stands as proof of a super intelligent creator. Strangely, while I disagree with most of the statements made by Christians, I find myself in agreement. There is a crucial difference, however.

While religion looks outward to an external god figure that put all of this together we see the universe from within. That is, we are all part of Nuit, a living universe that is in a constant process of movement, growth, change and flux. We humans exist in bodies that sprang from the elements produced from a living planet. All of the plants, animals, rocks and soil around us are products of the same origin.

From information generated by powerful telescopes that look deeper and deeper into space we are learning that all things have been in a state of movement and explosive change, as well as creation, for a very long time. We see light from stars that once existed at such a distance it took millions of years for it to reach us. This attests to the size and age of our universe.

The universe is filled with exploding stars, or supernova, all of them pushing massive clouds of energy out over areas so large they would engulf our entire solar system if one occurred nearby. Astronomers also detect the existence of negative points they call black holes that appear to be absorbing all of the stars, planets and matter that come near them.

The stars, or suns in our galaxy, seen to us as The Milky Way, are in motion, all of them swirling around a core of the galaxy like a giant wheel spinning in space. Beyond our galaxy are to be seen other galaxies of stars just like our own, all of them in constant motion and states of change. The galaxies appear to be in motion, each of them affected by the actions of one another.

There is evidence that new star formation is constantly occurring at the core of each galaxy. These seem to occur during peak times after an inflow of gas from spinning materials slowly drifts toward the galactic center until reaching a critical mass and causing a super explosive reaction.

Thus creation is an ongoing thing. As old stars burn out and explode into supernova, they take nearby star systems with them, turning everything around them into clusters of material that still comprise part of the living universe. At the same time, new stars are in the process of being created and the black holes may be a type of recycling center, grinding up the old, used parts.

Thus the ancient Gnostics were not wrong when they worshipped the sun as a sentient being. Nor were those who saw the Earth under their feet, the rocks and the trees in the same way.

There seems to be a basic design for all of the action throughout our universe. Everything is spinning around a nucleus, or center, much like the hub of a wheel. When we look within ourselves and all of the things of our world, we find that we are comprised of matter made of atoms. Atoms are all in similar motion. There is a nucleus with particles called electrons and positrons spinning around it. The atoms comprise cells, which in turn, form the variations of things that we perceive as solid objects, including all living matter on our planet.

As already stated, there is a remarkable similarity between the actions going on within the atoms to the movements of the planets around the suns and the movements of the billions of suns within each galaxy, and so on and so on. For all we know there are other universes whirling around one another. Is it possible that this pattern continues to infinite smallness and massive sizes beyond our ability to conceive?

The universe we can observe offers dramatic proof that it is alive, in constant movement and growth, or creation. There also is a definitive age of the stars followed by their death.

So is there a higher intelligence, even beyond the scope of our universe that we can say is responsible for putting it all together and furnishing the energy to keep it running? This is the profound question from which theology and much of philosophy springs.

What most fail to see is that all things are living parts of the whole. All that we perceive appears to collectively comprise the force that so many humans call God.

The Living Planet Earth

“And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.” Gen. 1:24

To grasp an understanding of how the process of the creation of life occurred we must, essentially, experience a paradigm shift. That is, we must throw out all of the false concepts of an external god figure commanding living things to emerge from the mud of the Earth. These false images were implanted in our heads by organized religion since we were children. We need, instead, to adopt a more pagan way of thinking.

We must recognize our planet as a living, sentient being. The Native Americans call her the Mother Earth, and they are quite correct.

It is correct that it was from the soil of the Mother Earth that all life now existing on this planet, and that ever existed here, sprang. And because nothing in nature is wasted, it is back to the soil that the bodies return when life ends. Throughout our lives our bodies constantly rebuild living cells and tissue. In the same way, the Earth creates and recreates a variety of life during its lifetime.

From a larger perspective, we also must envision the Earth is a part of a living Universe. Life of all forms exists throughout the universe. Our astronomers see it in the constant movement of the stars, the planets and the moons. We see it in the motion of the galaxies. Everything is in motion everywhere we look.

The light from the distant stars is recorded history. It takes millions of years for it to reach our eyes. Understanding this may help us grasp the concept of information. That is what the universe and all of the things in seem to be all about. We are part of a complex information system. For whatever reason, that is the purpose of our existence.

I once heard it said that humans were created for a very special purpose . . . to see and place information in a collective subconscious library of data that makes it possible for the universe to achieve self awareness.

Are we not, then, products of the universe itself? Is the universe not the great energy that we refer to as God? From this perspective, we are but minute cells blinking for but a brief moment. We are gods within the God. Collectively we find ourselves but part of the eye, or perhaps the ear of the body. Because we are no more than ants in the yard, we find it impossible to grasp the significance of the whole. Yet our roles may be more vital than we can perceive. Without each of us existing and doing our part, the whole fails to function as effectively as intended.

Before our arrival on this planet there was creation. The Mother Earth built a beautiful and perfect garden for us to live. This included not only the grass, trees and scrubs, but flowers, birds, fish, and animals.

Is the Earth alone in this project? It is unlikely. That we are visited by the lights of ships from other worlds is now clearly evident. Life exists everywhere. That life appears to be very interested in our welfare, or at least saving a fragment of humanity now that we have destroyed the garden.

There may not be another world quite like this one, however. Why else would Lucifer travel from so far and go to so much trouble to plant his DNA in humanoid creatures on this planet?

Why did the Luciferian race go to all the trouble to help a remnant of the human and animal races escape from the catastrophic events that threatened human extinction at the time of Noah?

It appears that the existence of humans was an important experiment that has failed at least twice, if not more times than we know. Can we expect alien intervention again, or will the Universe choose to write us off this time?

The Creation Of Adam And Eve

The Genesis story tells of the creation of the first man and it gives him the name Adam. It also tells how God went on to give Adam a “helpmate” and created the first woman, Eve, from Adam’s rib.

Instead of leaving our brains at flatline and taking this story at its literal word, we need to examine just what the original author of the old Hebrew text was telling us.

Adam is not a proper name. The word is a common noun in Hebrew that means “man.” “Yahveh formed ha-adam (the man) out of the dust of ha-adamah” or the ground. Adamah means ground, or dirt.

Thus the first man, or the Adam Kodman, was not necessarily called Adam, even though there are continual references to Adam throughout the Bible and including the New Testament. I believe that this is because of clerical errors by the old scribes and translators who assumed that Adam was a proper name.

Also there was an effort by the early religious order, including the Jews, to cover up any references to DNA manipulation of earth primates by alien visitors. They wanted all of the credit removed from “the gods” or the Elohim, and given, instead to the one God.

What really was going on was the Alien manipulation of primate DNA. It accelerated the intellect and awareness of the children of chosen primates so they became the first humans, or homo sapiens. It is interesting to note that the word “homo” is the Latin word for ground.

Thus there were many humans put on the Earth in those early years, all at about the same time in history. Because they carried the DNA of the alien race that visited Earth, they became, in a sense, the children of both the aliens and the Mother Earth.

Jumping from creation to Genesis 6, we find a confusing story: “There were giants on the Earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.”

Is this not a description of an alien race of beings bringing a sexual revolution to Earth through the daughters of men who bore a new and modified generation of children? These children grew to be “mighty men . . . of renown.”

That we are looking at DNA plantings is quite evident when we examine the story in Genesis 2, that explains how God (Lucifer) created Eve. He caused “a deep sleep to fall on Adam . . . and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. Then the rib which the Lord God (Lucifer) had taken from man He made into a woman.”

Indeed, anyone who knows anything about medicine understands that one of the best places to find DNA is from bone marrow. Thus this story tells of an early surgical procedure performed on a man to either remove, or alter the bone marrow of humans.

Ye Shall Be As God

“For God doeth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened and ye shall be as God..” (Gen 3:5)

The story of how the evil Satan disguised himself as a beautiful serpent that tempted Eve into disobeying God and eating of fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil is the foundation of the false doctrine known as Christianity.

The story is a powerful distortion of fact, and cleverly told so as to promote the following doctrine:

--That the “archangel” Lucifer is a lying tempter that rules over the world outside the garden. This tempter now called Satan seeks to capture the souls of humans and prevent their return to the light, or Heaven, after death.

--That Lucifer caused the woman to fall into sin first and thus caused Adam and all of their descendants to be genetically perverted. Thus all of mankind is consequently “born into sin.” The only way for us to escape and achieve salvation is to submit to the will of the angels representing the great Creator God.

--That a “savior” in the form of a god-man would arrive and offer a way of escape from this terrible state. That savior is still being awaited by the Jews. The Christians believe he was Jesus Christ. Only by believing on this savior figure can we expect to return to the spiritual existence we knew before we were born to bodies on this planet.

--That the blame for this mess lies on the shoulders of the woman. For this she is forever punished by being made subservient to men. The perversion that has resulted from this ugly doctrine alone has taken many religious groups down strange and twisted pathways.

Most of this doctrine is skillfully packaged within the 24 verses that comprise the Third Chapter of the Book of Genesis.

The drama begins in Chapter Two, verses 16 and 17, when God tells “the man” that he is free to eat all of the fruit found in the garden except that from one tree, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Thus the line is drawn in the sand. The subtle temptation is established. What child exists that would not fall victim to a challenge like that? “You can go anywhere in the castle except for one room. Do not, under any circumstances, open this particular door. If you do it, something horrible will happen. You will surely die.”

We might resist for a while, but we all know that eventually, our curiosity will get the best of us. The mystery door would pry on our thoughts. The day would come when we would surely open the door, if only to grasp a brief glimpse of the mystery that lies on the other side.

The analogy is exactly the same in the Genesis story. How could anybody expect a thinking human to resist such a challenge? The day was sure to come when either Adam or Eve would touch, smell, carefully examine, and eventually bite of that forbidden fruit. Once Eve submitted, it did not take Adam long to follow her. They both had been thinking about it long before they acted.

The story, of course, is a concept and laden with symbolism. There never was an event like this.

The truth lies deeply embedded in occult knowledge. The word occult means secret, or hidden, and not something wicked as religious groups would prescribe. The facts and the people who understand them have been driven into hiding by the power of religious-controlled governments.

The Garden of Eden is the Planet Earth in its original state.

The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil is a reference to the Tree of Life, or the positions of the ten sephiroth, or personal lights (chakras) within our bodies that form a spiritual microcosm of the universe. The image of the serpent is a direct reference to the DNA coil that sets us apart from the beasts of the Earth.

That Lucifer came to Earth at some moment in history and manipulated the DNA of a humanoid primate, thus forming man in his image, fits in perfectly with the story. Thus Lucifer becomes, at least in the story presented by the angels, an evil one that tampers with the works of the Mother Earth, or “God.”

By manipulating the DNA of the innocent humanoid animal, Lucifer gave us the ability to “see” and thus become like gods. Not only did he make us aware, and give us superiority over the animals, he gave us the power of reason, and magnificent bicameral brains that gave us the capability of mental evolution to a high state of consciousness.

Unfortunately the angels intervened by inventing religious controls, through fear, that caused most humans to take the wrong path. Instead of evolving into the magnificent creatures we were meant to be, we have become slaves of angelic powers.

 In The Image Of Lucifer

“And God (Lucifer) said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.”

This startling sentence in the first chapter of the Book of Genesis strongly implies that the creator was talking to either himself or other like beings at the time of human creation.

Bible scholars say that this is a reference to the Holy Trinity; that God was speaking to himself in the forms of the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit. But there is another explanation. Suppose the creator was a race of alien beings involved in manipulating the DNA of planet humanoid animals to give them the ability to evolve as a marvelous new humanoid, the homo sapiens.

In this vague way the latter interpretation of the Genesis story supports stories from two other ancient stories from the Book of Enoch and the Epic of Gilgamesh.

The Book of Enoch tells of the arrival of 200 angels led by Samyaza who took wives of the women of Earth and begot children who became giants known as the Naphelim. The giant children overpowered the people, consumed all of the food, and in the end, turned upon the people.

The Genesis story offers a similar story in the Sixth Chapter. “And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. . . There were giants in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.”

From the Book of Enoch, we learn that during the occupation, the “angels” or “sons of God” set about teaching humans sorcery, divination of roots, astrology, metallurgy, “the fabrication of mirrors and the workmanship of bracelets and ornaments, the use of paint, the beautifying of the eyebrows, the use of stones of every valuable and select kind, and all sorts of dyes, so that the world became altered.”

From the clay tablets of ancient Mesopotamia comes the Epic of Gilgamesh, which describes the hero as two-thirds god and one-third human, a superhuman king who oppresses the people. But a “sky-god” named Anu defends the people by creating Enkidu, a beast that rivals Gilgamesh.

During his reign, Gilgamesh built a great city named Uruk. There are interesting similarities between the spelling and location of this city and the ancient city of Ur, located in Iraq and not far from Baghdad.

These are but a few of the stories passed down from pre-historical times about an invading force of powerful beings that dropped down from the sky and altered life for the human race forever. They brought man out of the caves, built cities, taught the arts of civilization and gave the humanoid animals intelligence.

Psychic viewer Aaron C. Donahue says these are all stories derived from conscious and subconscious memories of the same event . . . the visitation by Lucifer and the manipulation of the DNA of humanoid primates that turned apes into humans.

That Strange Tower Of Babel Story

“Now the whole earth had one language and few words. And as men migrated from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there. And they said to one another, "Come, let us make bricks, and burn them thoroughly." And they had brick for stone, and bitumen for mortar. Then they said, "Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth."
“And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the sons of men had built. And the Lord said, "Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language; and this is only the beginning of what they will do; and nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them. Come, let us go down, and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another's speech."
“So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of the earth, and they left off building the city. Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of the earth.” - Genesis 11.

This ancient tale from the pages of the Book of Genesis has perplexed many Bible scholars because it doesn’t seem to make sense.

It appears to be an attempt to explain why humans were spread all over the world, and emerged with so many different cultures, languages and races after springing from the same root.

The story leaves us with more questions than answers. For example, what would make a people believe they could build a tower that would reach Heaven and put men in direct contact with their maker? And why would this god become so angered by such a tower that as punishment, the people would be scattered all over the earth and given such a variety of skin colors, bodily appearances and languages? That humans have found themselves so varied has led to bigotry, mistrust and war and obstructed our natural evolution.

This event occurred in the heart of Mesopotamia, and according to the text, was at or very near the great City of Babylon not far from Baghdad, Iraq. The ruins of that ancient place can still be found there today. And in the midst of the ruins archaeologists have located what they say appears to be the foundation of a tower. It is a square of earthen embankments measuring about three hundred feet on each side.

But there wasn’t just one tower. As the area developed and other cities founded, they too contained towers, or stepped pyramids called ziggurats. To date the remains of nearly 30 of these structures have been uncovered. They are found in various sizes with bases ranging from 20 meters on a side to over 90 meters. Some cities had two ziggurats, and Kish was found to have three of them.

The very oldest ziggurat is not the one in Babylon, but rather at Eridu. This ruin is estimated to have been started at its earliest time between 4,300 and 3,500 BC. Ziggurats were on-going projects, or staged towers, with new levels added as the years passed. Thus they were built in steps, or terraces. It is believed that each level was a temple, or shrine, built on top of the ruins of the last.

The ziggurat at Babylon is believed to have been the largest structure in the region. Since Marduk, either Nimrod or the son, was the god of the people, some historians suggest that the towers were built to honor or worship him. Yet the final work on this tower is believed to have been ordered by King Nebuchadnezzar II, in around 600 BC. It was said to have stood 295 feet high, and was constructed of baked brick enameled in brilliant blue. The terraces may have been planted with flowers and even trees.

Obviously, the archaeological evidence does not support the Genesis story of the Tower of Babel. So was that just a story or was it a myth based upon a real event?

That people gathered at one place and established a city is true. The tower then was constructed because the people wanted to “make a name for ourselves.” This is a natural thing for humans to do. Many great cities stand today with unique structures that mark them as a special place in the world. The Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Empire State Building in New York, and the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco are examples.

Yet we sense here that there was something unique and special about this particular tower. It went beyond pride of the citizenry and making the City of Babel a showplace of the known world.

Also there is a final part to this verse that seems to reflect a warning. “Let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” Was this a real fear that some kind of judgment awaited? And what kind of god would make this kind threat? Is it just a fabricated story?

And lo-and-behold, according to the story, this god did just what the people feared. He came down to see what they were building and said: “Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language; and this is only the beginning of what they will do; and nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them.”

This sounds very much like the same lament this god had after Adam and Eve ate of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. He said “behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil.” At this time man was expelled from the Garden. Now, after building a city and a tower to heaven, the punishment was to be scattered all over the world and the language confused in a variety of tongues.

Something obviously astounding occurred at Babel, but the Genesis story only gives us a twisted angelic version of the real event. In doing some research on ley and grid lines, I ran into some information that may shed some light on what was happening there and perhaps all over the Earth in those ancient times.

John Michell, in his book The View Over Atlantis, looks at the complex system of giant stones, pyramids, pillars, mounds, earthworks, underground tunnels, circles of erect pillars and lines of enormous blocks of stone that all form alignments. Michell believes they were built on what are called ley lines, or ancient lines of power that once circled the planet.

Rene Noorbergen, in his book: Secrets of the Lost Races, carries Michell’s idea farther. He writes: “…just as local sections of the ley lines had a specific center or even several modes where the energies converged, so it is likely that the single authority operated from a world center where the energies of the entire global line were gathered.”

Could this have been the purpose of the Tower of Babel? The great tower at Babel was located in the center of the known world at that time. Could it have been a point where the energy of the world ley line system linked not to the stars, but to the core of the Earth?

Noorbergen believes “the system appears to have operated for a period of time, but then something happened, something significant enough to mark a break in world conditions and to bring the world line system to an end. Before the event, the construction of the system had necessitated a unified world. At some specific point in time that unity was decisively broken. The single directing authority lost its power, and its world center ceased to operate.

“Following the event, new conditions prevailed, and the people of the world were fragmented into factions, making unity of effort and the coordinated working of the ley lines no longer possible,” Noorbergen wrote.

Michell adds: “All we can suppose is that some overwhelming disaster, whether or not of natural origin, destroyed a system whose maintenance depended upon its control of certain natural forces across the entire earth.”

What is astounding is that Noorbergen also suggests that the City of Babel and its great tower was a mighty political center in its day for a world government. He wrote that the tower, “intended to be a great structure reaching to the skies, may have represented something even more significant.”

He suggests that the tower was a type of receiving station for the ley line currents of the earth. “By their possession of such a center of the world’s energies, the ruling authorities at Babel literally controlled the world, for everyone who desired to benefit from the ley line system would have had to serve the rulers of Babel.”

And in this we see where the very seeds of corruption may have been planted. Remember that in spite of the existing spiritual and occult knowledge of that day, the angelic powers are always waiting in the wings for a chance to disrupt the path mankind is on.

Also, Noorbergen writes that the post flood ley line system may well have been a reconstruction of a system used before the flood. “The antediluvians thus developed a sophisticated form of technology that incorporated the use of both material and occult energies as its power base, and the ley line system was simply a further extension of this occult technology.”

Supposing Michell and Noorbergen are offering a correct version of ancient events. After all, the man-made stone structures exist and it has been established that they follow some form of grid or energy lines once held sacred to indigenous people who practiced the ancient occult crafts.

It would mean that the people, themselves, were the cause of the downfall of the Tower of Babel and the breakup of the one-world government system. I would suggest a misuse of power, a revolution, and a complete breakdown of the existing government. It was a major disaster and may even have involved the use of nuclear weapons. It had to have been a war of such magnitude that the perfect system in Babel was wrecked forever.

What remained was a fragmentized world filled with small clusters of people that went their own way, eventually developing their own cultures and governments, and becoming societies unto themselves.

A lot can happen over a period of thousands of years.

Remember that the angels can possess humans, portraying themselves as gods and establishing religions. That Nimrod and Semiramis declared themselves gods, with Semiramis making herself the first “mother of god,” suggests that the angelic deception began even from the start of the Mesopotamian Empire.

The angelic powers wanted to prevent mankind from evolving. Thus they arranged to make the world a more difficult place for humans to live. The one-world government and one-world language concept had to be replaced by something more complex. It had to be something that would keep humans so busy fighting among themselves and surviving they had little chance to grow mentally and spiritually.

They did it by spiritual possession. Just as they are doing today, they entered the bodies of men in possessions of leadership, and caused them to make bad decisions.

The people submitted to authority even then, and followed these angelic-driven men into a world of chaos.
